The software
Orbit Editing edits your local footage. You are responsible for media backups and the rights required to use footage, music and any TikTok-associated sound. Sound metadata is not a license.
Free
Free includes normal editing, timeline, Auto Edit, music analysis, tracking, manual grading and three successfully completed Free exports per UTC calendar month, shared across Mac and Windows. Aborted or failed jobs are released. New AI analysis requires Pro.
Pro
The intended price is CHF 5 per month as a recurring subscription, with sales tax included in the configured price. The checkout must show the final total before agreement. Pro provides unlimited authorized exports and new AI grading. Sandbox operation is not a real paid subscription.
Internet and saved work
Local projects remain openable and editable offline. New authorized exports and new AI analysis require an online account check in this first version. Previously saved AI settings remain in projects and can be adjusted and rendered within the current export entitlement after a downgrade.
Liability and mandatory rights
Final warranty, liability, applicable law, dispute resolution and consumer-right provisions must be reviewed for the legal operator and target markets. No blanket waiver of mandatory consumer rights is asserted in this draft.
Eligibility and operator
The developer is a minor in Switzerland. Necessary contractual responsibility, merchant/developer accounts and provider approvals must be clarified with a legal representative before commercial release.
