Cancel a renewal
Use Dashboard → Subscription → Manage subscription. The hosted customer portal allows cancellation for the next billing date. Pro remains available through the already paid period, then your account returns to Free.
Your projects remain yours
Ending Pro does not delete local projects, clips, presets or saved AI grades. New AI analysis requires an active Pro plan. Free export quota is shared across devices and resets on the first of each month at 00:00 UTC.
Failed payments and refunds
Unverified or failed payment does not unlock Pro. An approved full refund or chargeback can revoke entitlement. Partial refunds require the appropriate provider/consumer-policy review; no automatic promise of a refund is made here. Mandatory rights in your jurisdiction remain unaffected.
Account deletion
Cloud account deletion requires fresh authentication. The website cancels an active subscription immediately before deleting the account. This action does not delete files on your devices.
